Meet the Team

Gaurav Gaur – AOL Senior Teacher 

Gaurav is a former Barclays banking executive, who has dedicated his life to teaching and sharing Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s profound wisdom.

Bhavesh Sanghrajka – AOL Board Member, Property Investor

Bhavesh has been involved with the Art of Living for over 20 years as both a part time teacher and Chairman of the charity’s board. He is also an experienced property investor.

Keerti Mathur – AOL Teacher, Osteopath

Keerti is an Osteopath by profession, and has been deeply involved with the organization for over 20 years. He has spent much time with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, supporting the spreading of the vision of AOL in many countries.

Ashok Gupta – AOL Volunteer, Entrepreneur

Ashok is a former PwC Management Consultant, and has set up various businesses in the area of well-being. He is a volunteer supporting AOL Event Management and fund-raising.

Founded in 1981 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar,The Art of Living is an educational and humanitarian movement engaged in stress-management and service initiatives. It is the largest volunteer based organisation in the world. The organisation operates globally in 152 countries and has touched the lives of over 370 million people

The programs are guided by Sri Sri’s philosophy of peace: “Unless we have a stress-free mind and a violence-free society, we cannot achieve world peace.” To help individuals get rid of stress and experience inner peace, The Art of Living offers stress-elimination programs which include breathing techniques, meditation and yoga.
